Debbie’s Hellmouth is the insular urban horror story of Debbie Menon. She’s a good real estate agent at the Mikelmeier Real Estate office there is Wister Town, Wisconsin. Debbie has a house for sale and she’s got to get rid of it. Supernatural forces press upon the young lady and she fears she looses her mind. Understand, Ms. Menon is a sensitive, artistic soul. She’s not unfamiliar with magical glyphs. And she’ll resort to using one if no one helps her blessed the cursed Witch’s house.

Gaunt Snippet

October 28, 2012

I’m two-thirds complete with the sixth revision of Gaunt Rainbow and have revisited an especially delicious scene. Pamela (AKA Rainbow) has already encountered monsters. Pazuzu now comes to solicit her help. Yep, Pazuzu is in this one too. Dil Cortras is also here. And so is a reincarnated Josiah Ioannu. If I was Kurt Vonnegut, I’d put this stuff right at the beginning…

PS – here’s a little ambiance …

Gaunt Rainbow – Atmosphere

The overhead sun casts squat shadows leaning slightly toward Pamela’s right – though not the shallow pond shed by her messiah. His shade remains fixed in its shallow puddle. The dormant shadow pools on top of his feet. Its dark intensity makes him appear as if he’s sunk up to his ankles.

She gathers an odd perception of his amorphous cast. Its darkness seems alive, like an extension of himself or simply another arm. But, even this observation was too specific. The shadow behaves more as fat stored in a lizard’s tail, or the overfill of a soul inside a body too small.

“There is a war in heaven,” he tells her. “Hell has consumed this world. You have seen the demons who linger. The time has come to send everyone into oblivion and start again.”

“You’re destroying this world?”

I’m not done yet, but I’m on track to have this revision finished before November. After this, I’ve got to got re-shingle Debbie’s Hellmouth. The holes in her roof need to get patched.

Tongues

October 12, 2012

There’s a reason there are no Pazuzu Trilogy audiobooks… No matter how and how many time this horror story is recorded, the result sounds like no human language. The narrator speaks in tongues. Listen to the sample below.

Both Enlightening and Blasphemous

September 17, 2012

Opposed my usual boldface self-promotion, anti-organized religion fulmination and scorn for the Republican Party my father had never known, I thought I’d host a more source-based Zeitgeist-inspired presentation. I do so in the spirit of egalitarianism so I might be considered a universal religious bigot and I’m not cursed for dogging Mormonism and Scientology alone. My last ex-fiance (yeah, there’s been more than one) had cited my lack of spirituality as a reason she broke our engagement. That may be true, but I must express, at the time she was being romanced by a vegetarian millionaire. And if that’s not very satisfying, well on to the show…

(Oh, I didn’t create this video. Go stone pendeathlington at Youtube)

BTW – I did try a vegetarian diet, but a lack of protein usually gives me the runs. I’m Wisconsin born and raised. I need my meat and dairy in order to retain my essence. And for those who understand my meaning, let me remind you folks I write fiction. I’ll tell you anything. If I have your attention, I admit I am an indeed an unrepentant apostate. Like my ex, I’ll sell my savior for a few pieces of silver.
